2. It needs to be a real life dog and a real life bird hybrid (it means your Hanchi can't be blue, have unnatural markings etc.

3. You are NOT allowed to make adopts with this species!

Could someone combine bird + dog breed markings?
Yeah, combining bird and dog breed markings is totally okay!

And also base the markings off a breed but use unnatural colors? E.g. German Shepherd markings with purple and black coloring instead of tan and black?
Please don't use the unnatural colors for their whole body, they're reserved only for their horns, ornamental feathers, eyes and pads/gums/tongue/etc!

How long do they live?
As long as humans, up to 100 years.

Are the ornamental feathers allowed on one with all common traits?

Interesujaca rasa. 
Mysle, ze jezeli ktos ma dobre oko do kolorow oraz ich laczenia, zobaczy w niej cos wiecej niz tylko "psa ze skrzydlami i piorami". 

Pewnie pokusze sie do stworzenia jednej. Chcialam tez zapytac czy one maja jakies umiejetnosci typu magia czy po prostu za bron sluza im zeby i pazury?
